For
over 20 years the
Apple Yard Art store occupied the Villa Theatre's retail
space. The store was at the front of the Villa
Theatre building, to the left of the theater entrance. The
store had double doors in the center with large windows
that tilted outwards over curved
flagstone
planter boxes. The
Apple
Yard closed 30 September 2002 when its owner,
Sue Valentine, retired.
